Return Policy

At Petlywox, we want every pet owner to shop with confidence. Our online pet store offers quality pet supplies, pet care products, dog products, cat products, pet accessories, and everyday essentials for pets across the United States.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only in cases where the issue is caused by the seller or the product arrives in an unacceptable condition. Eligible return situations include:

  • The package arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered
  • The product arrived expired, near-expired, or not suitable for use
  • The wrong pet product, pet accessory, or pet supply was delivered

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, Petlywox will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please do not send any pet product back before contacting us first.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, missing parts, or incorrect, contact Petlywox as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a fast solution.

Our goal is to make shopping for pet supplies, dog essentials, cat accessories, pet grooming items, pet feeding products, and other pet care products as smooth and reliable as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or partially used pet food, treats, supplements, or consumable pet products
  • Perishable goods such as food, beverages, or temperature-sensitive items
  • Used pet grooming tools, hygiene products, or personal pet care items
  • Custom or personalized pet products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the correct pet product is to return the original item if it is eligible. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item through the Petlywox online store at petlywox.com.


Shipping Time

Petlywox ships pet supplies and pet products across the United States. We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders. Estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or address-related issues.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Petlywox will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at petlywox@gmail.com.
