Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

At Petlywox, we work to process every pet supply order as quickly and carefully as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, Petlywox will notify you promptly by email.


Shipping Time

We ship pet products, pet supplies, dog products, cat products, pet accessories, grooming supplies, feeding essentials, toys, beds, collars, leashes, and everyday pet care items across the United States.

  • Standard delivery: estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch in most U.S. locations.
  • Remote or limited-service areas: delivery may take longer due to distance, carrier routes, weather conditions, or local delivery limitations.

While we always strive for fast and reliable delivery, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Petlywox is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.

If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh. Your package may already be moving even if the tracking page has not yet been updated.


Shipping Rates

Shipping within the United States is free on eligible orders. Petlywox is committed to offering convenient online shopping for pet owners with reliable delivery and affordable pet care essentials.

Expedited or express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location, product availability, and carrier service options.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Petlywox is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at petlywox@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at petlywox@gmail.com with photos of the package, shipping label, and its contents. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

If your package is marked as β€œdelivered” but you have not received it, please check around your property, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbours, or your local delivery office. If the issue continues, email us and we will help you review the delivery status with the carrier.


International Shipping

At this time, Petlywox primarily ships within the United States. We may expand our shipping coverage to additional destinations in the future.


Pet Product Shipping Notice

Some pet products, pet accessories, grooming items, feeding supplies, or large pet essentials may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, carrier restrictions, or package size. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery time for oversized pet products such as crates, beds, gates, carriers, or large pet accessories may vary depending on carrier handling and local delivery conditions.
