Lighting and warmth for daily activity

The kit includes an adjustable UVA UVB basking lamp powered by 25 and 35 watt bulbs. It provides warm basking light at a distance of about 10 to 15 inches and supports 2, 4 or 8 hour auto shut-off. Note that the rated voltage covers 110 to 130 volts for compatible outlets.

Filtration and water care

A compact 3.5 watt turtle tank filter with a 3-layer filtration system helps keep the water cleaner and clearer. Hang the filter with the included hardware, and keep the water level above the inlet by 1 to 2 cm to reduce noise and prevent dry burning. Regular motor rinsing is recommended during upkeep.
