The 1/2-inch vinyl-coated grid provides a cushioned surface that’s gentle on paws, while allowing airflow underneath to help reduce damp spots after play or travel. This is not a replacement for the crate, but an upgrade that can help your pet feel more at ease during crate time. The grid measures 34.5 inches long by 23 inches wide and stands 1.1 inches tall, striking a balance between a supportive surface and crate capacity.
Durability is at the core: the vinyl coating protects the grid from wear and tear and resists scratches from claws. With cleaning in mind, the design keeps messes contained beneath the grid, making routine care simpler and more hygienic. The grid is intended to be used with the crate’s leak-proof pan, and it can be cleaned without removing the grid itself, saving time during busy days.

Shipping Time

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh. Your package may already be moving even if the tracking page has not yet been updated.

Address Accuracy

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at petlywox@gmail.com with photos of the package, shipping label, and its contents. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your property, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbours, or your local delivery office. If the issue continues, email us and we will help you review the delivery status with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Petlywox primarily ships within the United States. We may expand our shipping coverage to additional destinations in the future.
