Set tolerance to 0 for precise PID dimming and stable heating in the target area. If tolerance is above 0, the unit engages automatic ON/OFF cycling within your chosen range, offering flexible control that can adapt to seasonal changes or species needs. The dimming thermostat delivers accurate, efficient heat management for lamps, potentially extending bulb life through smoother operation.
Usage note: the dimming thermostat is not compatible with LED lights or energy-saving bulbs. It supports heat lamps up to 150W with an E26 base.

Shipping Time

- Remote or limited-service areas: delivery may take longer due to distance, carrier routes, weather conditions, or local delivery limitations.
While we always strive for fast and reliable delivery, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Petlywox is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, incorrect addresses, or delivery issues outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
If your tracking link does not update immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to refresh. Your package may already be moving even if the tracking page has not yet been updated.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Petlywox is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed delivery attempts, or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at petlywox@gmail.com with photos of the package, shipping label, and its contents. We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check around your property, mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbours, or your local delivery office. If the issue continues, email us and we will help you review the delivery status with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, Petlywox primarily ships within the United States. We may expand our shipping coverage to additional destinations in the future.
