This is the second email I’ve sent and still no response from you.

I received the wrong product than what I ordered, I ordered the steak flavored Probiotics for my dog and I received the chicken flavored.
My dog is allergic to all chicken products therefore I cannot use this product.
I’d like to receive a refund in full upon product return. Please let me know what I need to do to have this refund processed and this resolved.
