Petlywox offers pet product shipping across the United States. We currently offer free shipping on eligible orders. Estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Petlywox is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, high-volume seasons, incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
